Installation

Most TeX Distributions include an installation of ConTeXt already -- try running texexec --version to see if it's installed on your system. To upgrade to a current version with the latest features and bugfixes:

• By operating system:
  • GNU/Linux:
    • Debian
    • Ubuntu
    • other distributions.
  • Mac
  • Windows
  • OpenBSD
• From source:
